Our Story
Upstrive began as a personal reminder: to keep moving, to keep showing up, and to share that aspiration with others. Along the way, it also came from simple questions I kept hearing: “Where can I train? How do I find the right gym? Can you recommend a yoga studio? Which run club can I join this weekend?”
My first yoga studio, Yogahub Cebu, and my first gym, Core Fitness Cebu, were part of that journey. Both have since closed, and I often wish more people had found them while they were still here. Those spaces showed me that gyms and studios are more than places to train — they are communities, lifelines, and homes for growth.
That’s why Upstrive exists: to make sure gyms, studios, and communities stay visible, so more people can discover the spaces that keep movement alive.
From mountain trails to yoga mats, from run clubs to weight racks, every space carries its own heartbeat. Upstrive brings those heartbeats together, built by the community, for the community.

Our Logo and Identity
The climb is the heartbeat.
Our logo carries the rhythm of movement, both a journey and a lifeline. Its ridges trace the peaks and valleys we all face, a reminder that progress is shaped by ups and downs, by the push and pull of effort and rest. Progress is never linear, but always alive.
Colors
The colors aren’t just design. They carry the lifeblood of movement.
Arteries (blue): carry oxygen and energy forward into the body
Veins (magenta): return it for renewal
Together: they keep us alive in rhythm
Typography
The typography mirrors the rhythm of our daily journey.
Up (lighter): beginnings, fragile first steps.
