This studio was born from a willingness to share; to share yoga, to share breath, and to share the calm that comes when we practice together. Each class is not about perfection, but about presence. Beginners are always welcome.
I’m Micah — doctor, yoga teacher, and surfer (if there are waves). A forever student of movement and life, I built this space not just to teach, but to keep learning with you. Alongside yoga classes, I also accept medical consults, creating a holistic space for health and healing.
